Responsibilities
The role:
We are adding an Account Representative to our Boston office to support our continued growth across the Americas region. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on building pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing new business while collaborating closely with the local team.
Based out of our Boston office, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and managing opportunities through the full sales process.
As an Account Representative, you will:
Own sales targets within a defined territory or account segment
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Qualify and engage new prospects in a timely and thoughtful manner
Develop strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Bring an entrepreneurial and proactive approach to driving growth
Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and customer teams to support customer success and business growth
Work from our Boston office as part of a collaborative and fast-moving team
Requirements
2+ years of Cyber/ SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience managing or supporting full sales cycles, from prospecting through closing
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Experience in cybersecurity or technical SaaS environments is a plus
