With Firefly, Platform and DevOps teams can finally uncomplicate their cloud, while accelerating cloud innovation and maintaining security and performance at scale.At Firefly, we are looking for a seasoned VP Marketing to own and lead our entire marketing function. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of pipeline, product narrative, and market education. You will define how we show up in market, build and scale a world-class global team, and partner directly with Sales, Product, and the executive team to drive aggressive growth.The ideal candidate brings deep experience marketing complex B2B infrastructure products - across cybersecurity, cloud platforms, developer tools, or adjacent categories and thrives in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup.ResponsibilitiesDemand GenerationDesign and execute multi-channel demand gen programs (paid, SEO, email, events, ABM) that fill and accelerate the pipelineOwn MQL/SQL targets and key funnel metrics in close partnership with Sales, continuously optimizing performance through data-driven experimentationProduct MarketingOwn positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation across the product portfolioLead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and market expansionsTranslate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and equip Sales with battle cards, pitch decks, and ROI tools that win dealsContent StrategySet and drive content strategy across the full funnel - whitepapers, blogs, case studies, webinars, and videoEnsure consistency of voice, brand standards, and messaging across all channelsField MarketingOwn the events and field marketing calendar - industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer summitsDrive regional pipeline programs with field sales, and manage sponsorships and partner activations to maximize ROIThought LeadershipShape the company's presence and credibility in the B2B infrastructure ecosystem through speaking engagements, media, and industry publicationsDevelop and own our category narrative and long-term brand positioningTeam LeadershipBuild, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across Israel and the US, cultivating a culture of ownership and creativityManage the marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset and clear accountability
