Head of digital product
We are looking for a Head of Digital Products to join the Digital Department at Fattal Hotels, the leading hospitality chain in Israel. In this role you’ll define and execute the product vision and strategy across Fattal’s digital ecosystem — including eCommerce websites, mobile applications, and internal digital platforms — leading a team that delivers measurable impact, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define the digital products vision and strategy: Develop a clear long-term roadmap for all digital products, aligned with business goals and growth plans.
· Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Manage and develop a team of Product Managers and Content professionals, establishing structured product methodologies from discovery and prioritization to delivery and optimization.
· Foster a culture of experimentation: Encourage rapid iteration, testing, and data-driven decision-making.
· Optimize digital performance: Continuously improve UX, conversion funnels, and guest journeys to maximize revenue and engagement.
· Stay ahead of digital trends: Identify and implement innovative technologies, tools, and best practices that enhance product quality and user experience
· Manage technology vendors: Oversee external development partners to ensure delivery quality, performance, and innovation.
· Collaborate cross-functionally: Work close with marketing, IT, data, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class digital solutions.

Requirements:
· 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Head of Product role.
· Proven experience in eCommerce platforms - a strong advantage.
· Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision to delivery.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence
· A hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented mindset – comfortable switching between high-level planning and detailed problem-solving.
· Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, analytics and optimization.
· Strong technical background with experience collaborating closely with R&D and understanding, APIs, integration and software architecture.
· Awareness of AI opportunities and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into product strategy.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
· Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
· Experience with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, A/B testing platforms.
· hospitality or travel-tech experience is a strong advantage.
