We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join us. As part of the role, you will be a member of the IT support team within the R&D group.
Responsibilities
Maintain, upgrade and install company’s endpoints
Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market
Install and enforce company’s security policy to all devices and users
Design and implement automation processes to increase the team’s efficiency
Work inside highly sensitive networks and environments and provide technical support to users throughout the company
Automate and constantly improve support process
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with ticketing systems
Software troubleshooting (OS, Office apps, browsers)
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management
Email system support (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests
Customer-focused mindset and patience
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Experience in Linux OS
Nice to Have Skills
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM,JumpCloud)
Cybersecurity best practices knowledge
Remote support experience and tools
