About the Role
As Zenity continues to grow globally, we're looking for someone to own how we communicate internally and how we show up as an employer externally.
This role is focused on internal communications and employer brand — creating the programs, content, and channels that keep employees informed and connected, while building Zenity's reputation as a place people want to work.
This role reports to the VP of Global Marketing and partners closely with the People team, Marketing, recruiters, executives, and employees across the company.
Strategic Mandate: Build the voice, story, and culture of Zenity from the inside out.
What You’ll Do
Internal Communications- Build and manage internal communication programs and channels, support leadership communications and company announcements, and create scalable frameworks that improve transparency and alignment across the organization.
Employer Brand & Culture - Own employer brand strategy and execution, develop employee advocacy and storytelling initiatives, and create company moments and community-building programs that strengthen belonging.
Community & External Presence -Lead meetups, career fairs, and external events, support leadership podcast and speaking opportunities, and manage Zenity's presence on employer review platforms and social channels.Measurement & Insights - Track and report on employee engagement, employer brand, and communications effectiveness metrics, and use data to continuously improve programs and experiences.
Requirements
Built internal communications or employer brand programs in a high-growth tech company
Written compelling communications for employees and leaders
Led cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Built programs from scratch without an existing playbook
Thrived in fast-moving, evolving environments
5 years of experience in a similar role
Native or fluent English and Hebrew
