KG Als Senior Manager Electrochemistry (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselposition an der Schnittstelle von Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation. Mit Ihrem Team schaffen Sie fundierte mechanistische Einblicke und liefern Lösungen für komplexe technische Fragestellungen und treiben gemeinsam mit internen Partnern die Entwicklung neuer elektrochemischer Methoden und Produkte voran. Dabei gestalten Sie aktiv die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Innovationsportfolios in einem internationalen Umfeld. Ihre Verantwortung Leitung, Planung und Umsetzung elektrochemischer Entwicklungsprojekte Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams Setzen neuer Impulse und Förderung der fachlichen, sowie persönlichen Entwicklung des Teams Entwicklung neuer elektrochemischer Methoden, Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie Durchführung von Literatur- und Patentrecherchen Unterstützung während der Einführung neuer Prozesse Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern innerhalb der Matrixorganisation Aufklärung mechanistischer Zusammenhänge zur Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung Aufbereitung und Präsentation komplexer technischer Ergebnisse in entscheidungsrelevanter Form Erweiterung und Pflege des externen fachlichen Netzwerks Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen Promotion (PhD) in (Elektro-)Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen oder Physik oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrochemie Fundierte Expertise in Elektrochemie, physikalischer Chemie und angrenzenden Disziplinen Erfahrung als technischer Experte sowie in der Führung kleiner Teams Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Sicherer Einsatz digitaler Tools für wissenschaftliche und statistische Datenanalyse, Simulation und elektronische Dokumentation #LI-LB1 Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
