Airobotics is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist (Buyer) to join our procurement team. This role involves supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and ensuring availability and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment with advanced products in development and production.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes
Create and track purchase orders
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers (local and international)
Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Work cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams
Requirements
Relevant academic degree
At least 2 years of experience as a Buyer / Procurement Specialist (strong advantage for electronics/components procurement)
Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
Experience in global procurement – advantage
Experience working with subcontractors – advantage
Experience with ERP systems – advantage (especially Oracle NetSuite); strong Excel skills
Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Full-time, on-site position in Petah Tikva (non-hybrid)
