Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution in a relevant field (e.g. ,Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration)
Initiative and leadership skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – a people person!
Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and lead processes and projects
Professional demeanor, strong communication skills,
Proficiency in both Hebrew and English
Multitasking abilities – the ability to manage multiple tasks and processes effectively

What you'll do
Responsibility for the management of the recruitment process
Developing the recruitment annual work plan
Organizing and executing recruitment events and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions and recruitment fairs
Potential to take on additional responsibilities in HR
