We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across North America. This role goes far beyond event execution and focuses on regional strategy, sales alignment, customer advocacy, market intelligence, and pipeline growth.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop, execute, and own the North America field marketing strategy end-to-end, aligned with global objectives and accountable for the KPIs that measure its impact.
· Lead marketing alignment with Sales, Business Development, distributors, and ecosystem partners around shared regional goals to drive pipeline growth.
· Adapt and execute global marketing campaigns for the North American market.
· Own the regional events strategy and execution, including conferences, trade shows, executive events, and QM-hosted programs.
· Drive customer advocacy programs, success stories, testimonials, and speaking opportunities.
· Support regional PR initiatives and thought leadership opportunities.
· Provide market intelligence on customers, competitors, trends, and ecosystem developments.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
8+ years of B2B marketing experience with significant focus on Field Marketing or Regional Marketing.
Proven experience partnering with Sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
Experience with ABM initiatives and regional marketing strategy.
Background in deep-tech, semiconductors, scientific instrumentation, or complex technology solutions preferred.
Experience marketing to academic institutions, research organizations, government agencies, or national laboratories preferred.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the autonomy to set direction and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining and tracking KPIs such as leads, pipeline contribution, and event ROI.Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally.
