We are looking for an experienced, extroverted, client-oriented and driven HPE Networking Presales Consultant who will generate leads and continue to expand opportunities. Our ideal candidate has some expertise in software, security and networking. In a typical day as an HPE Networking Presales Consultant, you Gather and assess customer's technical needs Identify site-specific parameters and constraints that impact the solution Understand the architecture of appropriate technical solutions Investigate and optimize a solution’s fit to the requirements of an opportunity Maintain excellent communications with customers and partners, advancing opportunity through effective consultative selling to build customer as a trusted advisor Deliver customer and partner workshops for further understanding of issues and buy-in to HPE Networking proposals Provide leadership roles in peer education programs Drive and influence new RFP/RFI initiatives Ensure HPE Networking innovation is driven into our accounts with New Product Introduction Understand the roles and effectively direct other teams and resources within HPE and with partners globally Facilitate smooth transition from sales to implementation Contribute to the presale’s direction in Switzerland Built relationships with the key technical experts (e.g. HPE Networking Airheads) within our customers and partners to maximize winning new business. If you show these fields of Education, Skills and Experience: Technical University or Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent Typically 5-10 years of advanced job experience in technology (Pre-, or Post-sales, or equivalent). Technical and/or solution experience e.g. Security, AI, ML knowledge, wireless and firewall understanding, experience with RADIUS and policy management Networker with exceptional communications and presentation skills across varying levels of customer management Able to immerse oneself quickly into the company to understand HPE Networking portfolio (HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Juniper Networking) Demonstrate a broad knowledge of Networking products, Network security and solutions Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills, e.g. linking enterprise solutions with data center requirements to create business value for the customer Extensive hands-on level skills e.g. building solutions with partner and clients Ability to establish credibility and customer loyalty based on your technical expertise and customer understanding Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Join us and make your mark!
